East Fork Pottery designs, manufactures, and sells thoughtful, durable ceramic dishware in Asheville, North Carolina. Co-founded in 2010 by husband and wife Alex and Connie Matisse (yes, Matisse as in heir of the French painter, Henri Matisse) East Fork is known for simple pottery, think soft silhouettes and muted jewel tones. East Fork now has nearly 50 employees, with plans for expansion. As their company grows, Alex and Connie maintain their commitment to craftsmanship as all pieces are hand-thrown.
