New York Fashion Week Runway Review: Kate Spade New York Spring/Summer 2014 RTW

September 9, 2013

Kate Spade New York is the most wonderful, whimsical, elegant, feminine and fun fashion lines on the planet so it makes sense chief creative officer Deborah Lloyd continued on the classic Kate Spade style for the Spring/Summer 2014 RTW collection! The collection is fresh and features beautiful pastel fruit and floral prints that instantly make one thing of summer (how beach perfect is a lemon printed sundress and visor?)

Colors in the collection range from frosted blue to bubble gum pink to lemon yellow and every pretty pastel shade in between. The silhouettes  of the line are all incredibly figure flattering (think dresses nipped at the waist and pencil skirts that don’t cling too tight.)

Kate Spade New York’s Spring/Summer 2014 RTW collection had a distinct vintage vibe featuring funky cat eye shades and retro design features on every garment. Models at the preview looked positively fabulous with their hair wrapped into a posh high bun, light makeup and buttery lip gloss.

All in all, this stunning collection will definitely be very popular come the spring. Kate Spade always has exquisite clothing and this lovely little collection is as truly fantastic as always from KSNY!
